We all handle a large amount of confidential data on a daily basis, and staff are therefore reminded to be extra vigiliant with the handling and storage of records, and this includes not leaving confidential paperwork in meeting rooms.
If you have paper copies of confidential information during a meeting, but no longer require the information afterwards, please dispose of the paperwork in a secure manner. If the confidential bins/sacks are full up, please store the paperwork securely until you are able to dispose of it correctly.
