South East Coast Ambulance Service – SECAmb, is inviting people to help shape a new patient experience strategy. The ambulance service is keen to ensure it further develops its service to be responsive and tailored to patient needs and wants people to tell it what matters to them in relation to their experience of NHS services.
People are invited to take a few moments to complete a short questionnaire; responses will help guide the strategy which will be delivered over the next five years.

This questionnaire will be available to complete until Friday 2 August.
Anyone wishing to complete a paper questionnaire should contact the Trust’s patient experience team on 0300 123 0999 who will arrange for a paper form to be sent which can be returned free of charge.
The Trust is also planning on holding three engagement events, one of which is in Maidstone:
• Monday 15 July – Gatwick Holiday Inn 9.30am – 1.00pm
• Tuesday 23 July- Maidstone Hilton 9.30am – 1.00pm
• Friday 2 August – Guildford Holiday Inn 9.30am – 1.00pm
Events are an opportunity for people to give more in-depth feedback on how SECAmb can improve patient experience.
Places are limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Anyone interested in attending or finding out more can express their interest in the questionnaire.
