Date: 24th February 2016
Venue: Angel Centre, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1SF
Time: 13:00 – 16:30

We would like to invite you to join us to help shape the future of health services in West Kent – with an aim of making them more equitable and accessible to all.

We will be reviewing:

  • Cancer Diagnostics service
  • Wheelchair service

We would like to hear about these services, particularly:

  • Can you access them easily?
  • Are your treatments explained clearly?
  • Are your individual needs and background respected?
  • Do the different communities in West Kent receive the same level of care?

We want to know if people in West Kent get good outcomes when they receive health treatment. Your views will shape the services we plan, design and buy.

We are very keen to have as wide a range of people at the event, so please pass our invite to your networks/ friends/ family/ colleagues who are likely to have an interest.

To book your place, please contact Rebecca McClymont on 03000 424348 or email: rebecca.mcclymont@nhs.net or contact Ferne Haxby by email ferne.haxby@nhs.net
